The Maplewild Project is the creation of a sustainable organic farm from scratch. The project was scheduled to be "complete" by the fall of 2010. The primary focus of Maplewild Farm was to grow heirloom and open pollinated vegetables in a sustainable manner and sell them via CSA subscriptions. The location in north-west Snohomish County would allow convenient service to residents of Stanwood, Smokey Point, Marysville, Tulalip and Everett. Due to life changes and other circumstances, this project was placed on hold. Dreams don't always die and there may be life in this dream yet. |
